A mystical flute fabled to have been played by the legendary bard Aria Shadowsong as she traveled across the world with a circus. This magical instrument can change into any instrument you are proficient in, and allows you to cast two concentration spells at the same time, and make a Performance. While playing this instrument you have +2 to Performance.

A the beginning of each of your turns you must succeed a Performance or concentration check to maintain concentration on both spells.

The official head of the state in Devlutte is a Dwarven man from Duranal named Vueko Valgok. He primarily handles the management of Devlutte's administration and acts as a negotiator between The Empire and Devlutte, negotiating trade, taxes and tariffs. Because of this Vueko is often in Eagris to speak before the courts and communicates with the elites of Devlutte using the Sending Stone Network while he is away.

Nesmist is a covered almost entirely by ice, with vast warm oceans beneath, warmed by superheated vents of the planet core. This planet has a narrow ring around it that is mostly comprised of small asteroids and dust. The average temperature of the surface sits around -10 degrees while the liquid oceans beneath sit around 50 - 70 degrees in the upper layers and well over the boiling point of water near the subterranean vents. This planet is home to millions of species, including some aquatic humanoid races.
