Falyimoar (Fah-uhl-yi-mor) - formerly known as Phaedra - is one of 5 continents that populate the planet Astea and is commonly referred to as Burgdalin by the citizens of the Empire and some neighboring territories. Falyimoar is waterlocked on all sides with only small islands surrounding it. Legend tells of distance wildlands beyond the shores or Falyimoar with untold magics and riches to be found. Many sailor and soldiers alike have attempted to brave the oceans surrounding the continent, but those that have survived leaving the safety of the shores tell of great storms and monsters in the deep, just waiting for them to approach before sucking their ship down to the bottom of the ocean, leaving hardly a ripple in the water. As if the ship had never been their at all.
The Country of Galmoer
Founded in the year 516 and ruled by King Phillip Delair Phries Enfer, The Kingdom of Galmoer is a vassal state of Empire of Burgalin and has been for the past 671 years, since it came under empirical rule in 705. The Kingdom of Galmoer resides in the south eastern reaches of Falyimoar, and serves as a major trade route between Devlutte and the rest of the continent. It's capital, Bunda, is in the northern flatlands, and resides in the center of the countries grain production. In its south western border resides a a large river that flows up into the central plains of the continent, allowing ships to travel up its banks and deliver commodities to and from Devlutte.The Kingdom of Galmoer's landscape is comprised of three main biomes, the northern flatlands, the central forests and the southern mountains.
