Sending Stone Network

Burgdalin has a juvenile network of sending stones, used sent simple information back and forth between remote outposts, as well as a local network of sending stones used for the protection of the royal family. Because of the inherent limit on how many words can be sent at a time, and the recharging time of the stones, it has become extremely important for messages to be sent in code, that is then written down my the recipient and deciphered.

A new neighboring territories have been attempting to build up networks of their own, but for most of them the labor and resources required to make anything but a small scale network is out of their grasp.
