Day 174
Goblins are a race of small humanoids that generally live much shorter lives that other humanoids, reaching adulthood around 9 years old and with an upper limit to their lifespan lying around 60 years of age. They can have a wide variety in skin tones, hair colors and textures, most often having reddish-orange or green skin with black or brown hair. Goblins were one of the first races to inhabit Phaedra, alongside the other Fae after the fall of the Eiser and rise of Humans across the continent. Unlike many of the other Fae who found permanent homes and established large territories for themselves, many Goblins were not able to do so and instead became a part of many Human and Dwarven cities as lower class citizens because they were well suited for manual labor in mines due to their small stature.
Despite this trend, there were a few groups of Goblins that managed to claim their own territory within Falyimoar with the aid of other goblinoids, such as Bugbears, Hobgoblins, and Varags. The land of the Goblins, Glondanis, is state united under a single name, but functions more as a collection of city-states that act independently. This division has resulted in a low quality of life for most that live in Glondanis, often pushing many to steal and kill just to survive. Many goblins do not live as second class or in Glondanis however, and instead form small villages throughout Falyimoar, and often live in conflict with other towns that are in the same area.
The Adventure's Guild in nearly every city and town will have a notice about exterminating Goblin dens before they can develop into villages, because they pose substantial risk to travelers. Some Goblin villages have managed to reach agreements with The Adventure's Guild for an armistice under the condition that travelers will not be harmed and that they not encroach on settles territory, but these agreements often fall apart soon after they are crafted. Goblin can usually be found in caves, abandoned towns and dense forests. Because of Goblins quick rise to adulthood it is not uncommon for there to be at least five generations of Goblins living together in a single village at once, but once the village's population grows too large the younger generations will leave their villages early in their lives and search out a new location to live
Day 175
A Divine Relic gifted to Solaris by a mighty Phoenix, as a symbol of his dominion over it. The Phoenix Crown is said to have been lost somewhere on Phaedra during the War of the Stars, The Phoenix Crown is an ornate crown which is adorned with fiery gemstones that seem to flicker like the flames of a phoenix while radiating divine power which leaves behind a trail for expert mages. This trail has lead countless generations of mages and explores all across the continent, believing the one who claims the crown for themselves will be able to transcend the boundaries between life and death, and come all powerful.
