Murdered in an assassination attempt on the royal family in front of her only son Prince Emerce Delair Eagra Falymos as a act of retribution for the assassination of high ranking members of The Cult of the Blind Sun. They were attacked just a couple miles away from the city on their way to a neighboring city to vacation they were ambushed in plains. The ambush started with a group of druids sinking the feet of their caravan into the ground fixing them in place, they then rushed the outer flanks of riders in while in wildshape before surrounding the royal carriage. When the empress looked out the window of the carriage as the attack began she locked eyes with a cleric of The Cult of the Blind Sun who waiting behind the druids, when their eyes met the cleric stared deep her mind and uttered a single word, einfrieren.

Frozen in place the empress could only remain staring out at the attackers as they approached her tearing through her guards they quickly made their way to her door, ripping it open they immediately grabbed her arms before slicing her hands off. As soon as she broke free form the gaze her hands were gone, a bear's paw was in her mouth reaching to rip out her tongue. It all happened very suddenly from there on, the prince, seeing his mother a high mage being quickly overpowered and disarmed stumbled back reaching for the door and falling out backwards just as her head was severed.

That would be the last time he ever saw his mother, and the last he remembers of the attack. His very first memory after the attack is waking up in his bed in the dead of night, alone and covered in bandages. In the morning when a servant came in to change his bandages they froze, then quickly ran out of the room. When someone finally returned, they informed the prince that he had been asleep for five years, and in that time his father had remarried and had three children, a son and two twin daughters.

Born to the late Empress Jizzmean Borinmor Delair Eagra Falymos, Emerce fell into a coma for five years during the assassination of his mother, awaking at the age of fourteen. Since her death his father has become cold to him since he acts as a constant reminder of her death, instead choosing to focus his attention on his new wife and children. Isolated from his family, but still the heir Emerce turned to researching his mothers studies in search of finding a connection to the people who killed her.

Over the years while out investigating he developed a habit of going out to drink whenever he didn't find anything out, which happened quite frequently leading to his unsavory reputation. When drunk he often ends up believing that many of those around him are related to his mothers death leading him to attacking them trying to get information, usually ending in either his or their death, and to their revival.
