A religious sect that worships the 'titan', a fallen god whose body was left discarded on Astea during the War of the Stars. Unlike The Heart of the Titan and the The Titan's Mind, The Titan's Bones has dominion over the skeleton and musculature of the titan's corpse. Unfortunately for them however, the majority of this space is solid stone, having petrified over thousands of years. The members of The Titan's Bones mainly work as miners, excavating the magically dense bone marrow ore. which can be smelted into an flexible yet durable metal which is dark red in color and called Heffemerron.
Lower purities of this metal can be found all throughout Devlutte in construction and tools because it is fairly cheep to smelt, though it requires the aid of many fire elementals forge. Pure Heffemerron is extremely valuable and expensive to produce, this is because of its high melting point, durability, and magical properties of enhancing spell effectiveness when casting, and dampens magical effected used on it, making it a highly sought after resource for the wealthy, nobles and Mages, who was to use it offensively and defensively.
Day 190
A religious sect that worships the 'titan', a fallen god whose body was left discarded on Astea during the War of the Stars. Their organization lies deep within the The Catacombs of Aedrikz, laying claim to the arteries and heart of the titan's corpse. The titan's arteries serve as a means of transit throughout most of the body, with many rooms carved from its petrified flesh. When the titan was felled most of their blood was expelled from their body, spraying all across Falyimoar, causing many creatures that were once mundane to become powerful, and monstrous. The titan's blood is responsible for many strange phenomena across the land and sea, such as The Crimson Fog where his blood fell like rain, carried by the winds it still lingers in the eastern air as thick red fog, filled with unimaginable horrors empowered by the fog.
On the borders of The Crimson Fog lie scattered islands which are home to powerful beasts, and a rare mushroom called Blutpilz that is said to contain a concentrated form of The Crimson Fog. Deep within The Catacombs of Aedrikz lies the heart of the titan, where pools of liquid blood can still be found by those who search for them. The Heart of the Titan's goal is to ultimately resurrect the titan by gathering relics containing his power, and building him a new body. They believe that the world is unfit to exist in its current state, and needs the titan's judgment to cleanse it.
Day 191
A religious sect that worships the 'titan', a fallen god whose body was left discarded on Astea during the War of the Stars. This sect lies deep within the northern reaches of The Catacombs of Aedrikz, through the spine into the skull. The followers of The Titan's Mind believe that the titan's mind still lives, through not in the traditional sense of the word. Unlike the followers of The Heart of the Titan who believe that the titan needs to be revived from death, the followers of The Titan's Mind believe that the titan's soul is fragmented and trapped, with the largest piece of it lying somewhere to the far east.
The Titan's Mind claim to have a fragment of the titan's soul, through which their leader can converse directly with the titan, and that through them the titan gives orders to its followers. The Titan's Mind is constantly at work to collect the spinal fluid of the titan, the conduit through which the titan's soul can be accessed. To speak to the titan, their leader submerges themselves in the titan's spinal fluid alongside the fragment of its soul, a process which puts them into a dreamlike state where they can communicate.
